When we established studio 1961, our goal was to create a broad yet tasteful portfolio of well-designed products from many corners of the world. We knew that the appeal of good design extended well beyond the walls of boutiques in major organisation, and we saw Studio1961 as a way to provide design lovers everywhere with easy access to these products and most importantly at an affordable price.

Our close working relationships with manufacturers help us develop products and designs that consistently meet or exceed our exacting criteria. We are also searching and selecting existing products around the world that are well designed, innovative and consistent with our high standards.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

On request, Studio1961 will provide interior design consulting services for our clients at absolutely no cost at all. Studio 1961  is committed to respecting your privacy. We use the information we collect to process orders and to provide a more personal experience. We will not sell or disclose any personal information that identifies you to any third party. When you place an order with Studio 1961 your personal information is secure.

WARRANTY

All Studio 1961 chairs are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. Within this period, Studio 1961 will at its sole option, repair or replace any components which fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. In the event of replacement, Studio 1961 is not liable to substitute with a temporary chair till the new replacement arrives. The delivery period would be solely on Studio 1961's convenience, that said not exceeding 3 months. 

We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. We will take the quickest route to remedy the situation. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment is returned, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item will cause us to charge you for the non-returned item.

This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized repairs.
