LIMITED
WARRANTY
All Studio
1961 chairs are warranted to be free from defects in
materials or workmanship for 3 months from the date of
purchase. Within this period, Studio 1961 will at its
sole option, repair or replace any components which fail
in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at
no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided
that the customer shall be responsible for any
transportation cost. In the event of replacement, Studio
1961 is not liable to substitute with a temporary chair
till the new replacement arrives. The delivery period
would be solely on Studio 1961's convenience, that said
not exceeding 3 months.
We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to
be rushed out. We will take the quickest route to remedy
the situation. In the event a replacement is delivered to
you before original shipment is returned, you are
responsible for cooperating with the return of the item.
Failure to return the damaged item will cause us to charge
you for the non-returned item.
This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse,
misuse, accident or unauthorized repairs.
TERMINATION
You agree that Studio 1961, at its sole
discretion, may at any time and without notice to you,
terminate your use of the site, cancel your order, or
remove or delete any content of the site.
CHANGE OF USE
Studio 1961 can at its sole discretion,
delete, change, update or cancel any items (including
price, content, product photography), temporarily or
permanently, at any time without notice to you. You agree
that Studio 1961 shall not be liable for
any of these.
SHIPPING
AND RETURN POLICY
DELIVERY TIME
The normal delivery time is respective 8-12 weeks from the
day the order was placed. It will take slightly longer for the European series as they are carefully man-made crafted. Please allow for at least 12-16weeks.
You always have the possibility to cancel the purchase
only when the delay occur beyond 8-10 weeks as stated
above. Please contact our sales@studio1961.com.sg if you wish to cancel your purchase.
We make reservations for the liability of delays or failed
deliveries caused by discontinued products or the stock
handling of our suppliers. We also make reservations for
price difference caused by wrong price codes.
CONFIRMATION
We will
send an order confirmation with information about your
purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order.
We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you
should need to contact our Customer service.
Many products come in various configurations, colors and
options, These items are “Special Order” (Made to
Order) and are not covered under our return policy.
RETURNS
Merchandise purchased from Studio 1961 may be returned for a refund, excluding shipping and
handling charges, within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
You must contact Studio 1961 to inform them that you would like to return an item.
Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your right
to take advantage of our return policy. Returned
merchandise must be in original condition.
Special Orders - (Made to
Order or Custom Orders) are not covered under the return
policy. These products are custom made to your
specification, (color, style, finish, fabric) or are
products that are specially imported for you.
Special Discounts - Extra
discounted orders or products on sale are not
covered under the return policy. This exclusion from the
return policy shall also apply to any merchandise
purchased or won through a third party site.
